Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your vintage piece — each one is carefully sourced and one of a kind.
However, if it’s not quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at support@empyreanstore.co before sending anything back.
Returns without prior notice may not be accepted.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Many of our items are truly vintage, so gentle signs of age and wear are to be expected. We always highlight any major flaws in photos or the item description.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, ideally with tags and packaging where possible.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued within 7 days.
